The other day I got into an LFR Throne of Thunder run where some goofball warrior decided to grief the group by pulling Dark Animus over and over. Although we managed to votekick the guy, he managed to still grief us at the last second. Obviously, people like this feel that there is no accountability in LFR because of the lack of coherent community. Since there isn’t any clear way to report players for bad behavior, I decided to take it upon myself to create a Google Spreadsheet to Blacklist these griefers. This spreadsheet will have links to their armory page. In this manner, you can double check where they are from should you encounter a griefer.
I really hope to avoid growing this list (it’s really tiny at the moment) but I think inevitably it’ll balloon over time. If it becomes somewhat successful, I might either convert this list into an application or just enable the comment feature. At the moment, I want to make it read-only and possibly editable by others that I know and trust.
At any rate, I’m really sick of bad behavior in LFR. People have horrible images of LFR I think primarily due to these people who cause others distress unnecessarily. Blizzard has failed to provide a method to police these people effectively and create a community to protect others from being alert to problem causers. So at the least, I would like to provide a blacklist of people that I (and some others) may encounter along our journey. Hopefully, you will never have the chance to encounter them and that Blizzard will lock their accounts from others reporting them. So here is the link:
