After a week delay, the Boom Beach HQ 25 finally has arrived. This update is a bizarre one because it is said that it will be done in three parts. I have seen some YouTubers post the developer’s build to their channels, which looked incomplete or that there were bugs. So I’m going to share what I’ve seen today from my accounts and perhaps what we will see from various YouTubers.
This morning, a new Boom Beach update dropped with HQ 24. I had been playing pretty regularly since the HQ 23 update but didn’t bother writing about it as I found that last update to be not too exciting. However, I think it was time for a blog that combines the HQ 23 update experience for me thus far with the HQ 24 update.
Supercell just released an optional update to Boom Beach where for $2.99/month (in the US) you can subscribe to gain a second Builder. I want to examine the idea behind this feature and talk about the controversy of this move in this blog post.
I learned that the DoctrineMigrationBundle does not come as part of the default Symfony 2 install and that you must manually install it. The documentation for installing it on the main web site is really an oversimplification of what you’ll have to do on a Mac OS Snow Leopard situation as I discovered. In turn, I decided to post this blog to help others that may encounter similar problems.
