]]> Today, I received my second letter (actually my mom’s second letter) from the IRS concerning how the bank funds for her taxes were not paid. I don’t know what happened exactly in the transaction process but H&R Block’s software failed on two different accounts to properly submit my mom’s bank account information to the IRS. I wasn’t very comfortable about using H&R Block because I’m more familiar with Turbo Tax. A friend recommended H&R Block and it just seemed to have a lot of problems overall compared to Turbo Tax.

Either way, this is the last time I’ll use H&R Block’s software. I guess if I do have to file my mom’s taxes next year, I’ll just go straight with Turbo Tax or find a tax consultant.
