Another interesting thing about my boss is that he's never seen Office Space nor read any Dilbert cartoon. I think it must be quite common for the worst bosses in the world to never have heard of these things. I keep thinking of Dorian Grey where if they suddenly witnessed a portrait of themselves, they'd up vanishing from realizing their own hideousness.
