Another Site Improvement

In my perpetual quest to optimize this site's layout, I have now (hopefully) made it a little more MSIE friendly. I noticed that I had some bugs with the way MSIE was rendering the page, so I decided to get rid of the rounded corners and go for a more streamlined look. By doing it this way, I hope to improve the response time and allow more browser to render this page correctly. Also, the new dark blue color + orange looks pretty good, neh?
