So far from what i've heard, Burger King has only two places now. One in Shinjuku and one in Ikebukuro. I went to the one in Ikebukuro last night and was surprised that it wasn't that crowded, especially compared to Krispy Kreme. Also, there were a few items missing like the onion rings, Rodeo Burger and I think even the breakfast stuff. The taste was decent, but I am a little concerned about the popularity. I guess the Japanese still believe that burgers = McDonalds.
Speaking of which, there was an interesting article that read how a survey was taking with children and that they believe the McDonald's wrapper improves the taste of the food. Relate that back to my various write ups on how the Japanese are like young children and it makes you wonder about a certain mentality, right?
