more examples of the failure of leadership at HLIKK now is demonstrable through another announced departure. on top of that, another highly valued person is rumored to be looking. it's a shame that management refuses to open up its eyes and move in with counteroffers. however, i feel that no one with an ounce of sanity and a few brain cells to boot will dare stay much longer. since i have no sanity left, i continue to stay.
inside, i can feel the mental breakdown of all the employees, especially in technology. for myself i have a perpetual chip on my shoulder, waiting for someone to knock it off. i think the people around me are far too scared of the reprocusions so they hide in their little cubicles, repressed.
