like most other things this talk about kurt angle being signed by TNA is hillarious in terms of the fans' reaction. the funniest ones are those who claim a moral highground by saying that TNA is immoral for hiring the guy. let me say this. do you think it was moral for Vince to fire Kurt? or do maybe Kurt was just a huge risk that would've exposed Vince's business for what it was and make him responsible as the chairman and majority shareholder like Kenneth Lay in the Enron case? even before Kurt joined TNA i said that it should've been the WWE's responsibility as his employer for taking care of his problems. be more proactive rather than absolving themselves of the blame. but it's obvious that the WWE's shareholders come first before the health of an individual. they could've done what WCW did with so many other wrestlers and just had him sit at home, collect a paycheck and force him to heal up. but the WWE is such a typical American employer that they put their shareholders first, since Kurt staying in the company one way or another would've been a loss. in TNA's case, they haven't done a thing except give him a paycheck and a single advertisement, so you can't implicate TNA on immorality. at this point in time, everything is hypoethetical except the fact that Kurt had been signed. certainly, TNA would be aware of Kurt's health problems and the high risk factor, so signing him means that there would be some padding there. otherwise, like the WWE, TNA's business and reputation would be at a clear risk, which is something they wouldn't want at this stage of the game. what isn't hypothetical is the never ending stupidity of overreacting, brainwashed fans. similarly, it's funny how they seem above people for their apparent compassionate stance towards Angle's life. the only thing they know is filtered information through dirt sheets. they react like oxygen to fire. they never truly verify their sources and talk amongst circles of equally clueless and incompetent people (whom i guess are lonely, socially unacceptable teenagers in some midwestern zone). first, business sucks. in business you make money and you don't give a fuck about the customer except to his face. if you don't realize that in business, then you have no business being part of business. if you saw AND understood how systems in the stock market are built, you would never invest a dime in a company like Citigroup. if you saw how fast food is prepared, you'd become a vegetarian and live off the land. but the fact that you buy products unknowingly demonstrates time and time again how pathetic you are. this is why Vince McMahon rules. he realizes how moronic you people are and despite the fact that he tells nightly that you are stupid, you unfailingly march back to the door, willing to blindly accept how idiotic you are. more than that, you've managed to convince yourselves of your self-righteousness and your sense of morals. honestly, to the universe, to the world, to the country, to businesses, and to most of your neighbors, you are nothing. you mean nothing, you do nothing and you are nothing. that's the bare truth. but that's also why you flock to these boards. to provide yourself with a sense of purpose, by degrading others to exhibit your dialect meaning. but what social contributions do you make through doing this? as far as i can tell, you provide impressions and hits to a website. that's it. that's the limit of your pragmatic meaningfulness. isn't that wonderful? your entire existence in these debates is limited to google picking up impressions on a website. and occasionally your hand slips and clicks on an ad, giving a dirt writer or third hand dirt sheet a few cents here and there. aren't you proud of your existence? but just because i deplore you in my blog doesn't mean i love you any less. actually, your ineptness and lack of pragmatic intelligence are welcomed by me. and just because i rip on McMahon in terms of morality, does not mean i do not admire him. quite the opposite. he's a role model for doing business in my eyes. and people like you reaffirm my beliefs and theories that i'll be rich some day because i understand enough about business to easily take advantage of you. you really are wonderful people. if you were smart, pragmatic people, Vince and I would be out of a job. our basis of assumptions for our business models lies in your base behavior.
