i've always had conflicted views about her material. of course, the only thing i've read was her Fountainhead novel. there are naturally very controversial principles in that book. but if there's one lesson i do take away from it (for the purpose of this blog) is that one should never compromise their principles. i just realized that the past few years i've been doing just that. and i've suffered. i think i'm going to return to an uncompromising way of existence and see how this goes for me.
