or as i would say of a "bad heart." not sure if this was caused by the stress of having to be put in jail for the next few decades, but it seemed that he accelerated his own fate. of course, there could've been someone who just pretended that he died while he snuck out of the country on some yacht....but that's just my conspiracy theory talking. either way, it's hard to say justice was done here considering how many people him and Skilling had disenfranchised not to mention the other hardships imposed on the rest of us (SOX act anyone!??!?!!). like i keep saying about these types of people, more soil for the earth.....
