This is the first time I heard of something like this but I believe this may be one of the first public "spaceports." meaning that the intent eventually will be used to fly civilians in space. the cost will be limited to CEOs, famous stars, politicians, mega stock traders, and their ilk. but at least something like this is being made since there hasn't been much advancement in space travel for the longest time at least for us groundlings. $200 million dollars in the southern part. makes sense. if there's a crash, not too many people will be destroyed ;)
