i have no idea what the fuck the city spends their money on nor how the hell the organize things, but it's absolutely crappy! they finally removed the plates past pico/olympic near the gas station and half filled the holes with asphalt. why the hell didn't these fucks complete the job? people run through them at high speeds. they're going to continue damaging the road and their vehicles. and the other thing is that they do their work DURING THE FUCKING DAY! i don't know what kind of rights these people have, but that's a busy street and doing construction on the road during the day just shows that the city "planners" are on double dosage of crack. i know that the rains just happened, but doesn't the fucking city have some kind of emergency fund to fix this shit? man, i'd hate to see a massive earthquake hit. i'm betting that they'd just give up and start from scratch.....20 years after.
